These books were originally made to be sold at magic shows for $1.00, and were made so you could have your name printed on the back as a promotional piece. Some rust around the staple binding at the spine. Text is clear and crisp. These are new, never used, and have been in storage all these years.
These can be framed and exhibited as a piece of magic history.
Biography, Robert Nelson (from Magicpedia)
Robert Nelson (1901-1973), founder of Nelson Enterprises (and Bob Nelson's Magic Shop), specialized in mentalism and started Nelson Enterprises on February 10th, 1921. Nelson operated the "Voice of Destiny" radio program as Dr. Korda RaMayne for seven years and performed a crystal-gazing act as "RaMayne". He helped organize the Howard Thurston IBM Ring, the Columbus Magic Club, and the Magic Hobby Club of Ohio (of which he served as president of all.) He was also a prolific author of mentalism books. He retired in 1971 and died less than two years after that.
