OPERATION DESERT SHIELD'' Support Our Troops Watch RARE, Nice clean watch

This watch has to be 1990 or 1991, Around the same time of Desert Shield, about the time I left the Air Force

Ive never seen another one like this so I don't think a lot of these were made, I do see some High End made Desert Shield watches made in Russia, and that is Odd that we teamed up to make a watch from there,,but that is the only Operation Desert Shield watches you will find,,,and then  THIS ONE'' so that's why I say RARE

It is not operating, I tried a Battery, but not sure its getting contact inside, You might be able to clean it with a electrical cleaning spray and make the contacts work,, It is very clean inside, so im really unsure what it may need to work again,  But this is Great collector's piece for all the watch collectors
