It's fast and convenient. You can use either a Credit / Debit card or your PayPal balance.

All funds must be cleared before any goods are released. If your payment is received as an eCheque, we can't release the goods until this has fully cleared. Please contact PayPal if you are having issues with payments clearing.

Postage Options & Information:

Royal Mail 2nd Class - Free
This option aims for your item to be delivered within 2-4 working days

Royal Mail 1st Class - £1.50, each additional item 50p
This option aims for your item to be delivered within 1-2 working days

Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - £7.25, each additional item £1.50
This option guarantees to deliver your item before 1pm on the next working day

Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed For - £7.95-£13.95 (depending on location), each additional item £1.50 We aim to send all international items tracked, however, the Royal Mail doesn't allow certain destinations to have tracking, if your destination does not allow tracking we will send the parcel "signed for". You will receive a code which will show you the status of your parcel once dispatched. For shipping in Europe this option aims to deliver within 3-5 working days, for the rest of the world this option aims to deliver within 5-7 working days.

Please note: All Postage Options are available to select at checkout once a product has been added to your basket. All items will be posted using the postage option that you have selected. All items will be posted within one working day, if you order before 10.30am your item will be posted on the same working day, occasionally we can post after this cut off point, so please message us if you have any questions regarding this.

Please check your shipping address before checking out, we can only send to the address provided through PayPal, if there is a problem with the shipping address provided - please contact us straight immediately.

We reserve the right to use an alternative courier service, for example: DPD, DHL or TNT, if the service is equal to or better than that stated by the Royal Mail.

RETURNS POLICY:

We accept returns if:

1) The product is faulty. You must let us know within 7 days of receiving the product(s). In this case, we will cover the return postage and issue a replacement or full refund, which ever you choose.

2) You change your mind. You must let us know within 7 days of receiving the product(s). In this case, you can return the product at your cost, for a refund for the product only (minus the postage). The refund will only be made once the product has been received back to us and checked for resalable condition.

All products are checked before postage for any damages. If you receive a damaged product, please refer to our returns procedure.

Please note that most items are posted with the Royal Mail. Only get in touch if your parcel has not arrived after the recommended waiting time that the Royal Mail allows. E.g. First Class 1 ? 2 Working Days, Second Class 2 ? 5 Working Days. As delivery is taken care of courtesy of a third party, liability is removed from Latham's Hardware Store. Time is not of the essence.

We will only post out an item with the postage option that you have selected. If you require postage outside of the UK please select a worldwide postage option, we cannot send your item until you have done this. If you live in the UK and require a fast delivery ? please select Royal Mail First Class or enquire about a next day delivery option. If you have selected a free Second Class delivery, this takes 2-5 working days.

All prices for products and postage are listed clearly. These prices are standard unless a large order is being placed, in which case you can send an enquiry via the ?Contact? page. Prices may be subject to change.

Please check your address at checkout. We rely on the address provided to us through PayPal. Once an order has been dispatched we cannot change the address. You must let us know immediately if you have provided an incorrect/old address, if the order has not yet been shipped we can amend the address. We do not take any responsibility for posting to an address that has been provided incorrectly.

All of our orders are posted within one working day. We post all items out by 10.30am each working day (Monday-Friday). If you purchase after 10.30am, your order will be sent out on the next working day. Please contact us if you require a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service and we will let you know if it is possible. We do not post items on a Saturday or Sunday, if you purchase an item after 10.30am on Friday, it will be posted on the following Monday morning.

Always keep your PayPal receipt (received by email) as proof of purchase. You will need this should you have any questions regarding your order.
