Some of these are painted black as shown-some are not. Some have the VW emblem some do not. Some of the ignition locks require you to file or cut one guide off the side of this ignition lock cylinder on the side. You will see quite easily if you have to do this and it is easy to do, if you will need to. I use a cut off wheel and in a couple of minutes it slides right into place.
