From the Estate of the opera legend Jessye Norman.  Ms. Norman has relinquished some of her jewels as she is no longer performing on the world stages.  Many of these jewels have been worn at concerts and special appearances around the world.  We feel so fortunate to have a wonderful selection of the dramatic and inspired jewels from Ms. Norman's extraordinary personal collection.  These include pieces by Isabel Canovas, Van der Straeten, Kenneth Jay Lane, Vogue, Nina Ricci, Iradj Moini, Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel, Ciner, Schiaparelli, Sonia Rykiel, and extraordinary opals she collected herself in Australia and many many more!  Her jewels reflect her dramatic and consumate vision of the world!  

Here we have the spectacular necklace composed of chains of green aventurine gems - these are natural mined gems.  They are set with gold glass beads.  In the center is a stunning obelisk in glass - this is an incredible necklace and one of Ms. Norman's favorites!!!

The necklace is in excellent condition.  It is 18 inches long.  The central obelisk is 3.5' by 1.5".

Although our shipping time states 15 days, we try to get pieces out within a few days.  We list the 15 days in case we are traveling.  Many thanks for your understanding.
