Good Condition - The book shows much use. It was used by school age children for reading practice & reading learning. There is some tape and pencil marks throughout the book. It is a classroom book used by a teacher in 1923. On the inside front page & on page 63 - it reads - Property of Cons. School District. Book is complete and a Rare Collector's Item because of lack of them being given away - instead they were destroyed or tossed away by the school deciding to replace them with other current reading books for the classroom!
