Vintage 1968 edition of Tri-Ominos: The Triangle Game, from Pressman.  This game set appears to be complete - all of the tiles are in the plastic tray.  The tiles themselves are in very good condition with all of the numbers clearly visible.  The plastic tray in which the tiles are stored is also in good condition with a little yellowing here and there and only one (1) crack (on one of the sides).  The box is in decent condition but definitely shows some signs of wear, including a torn corner on the top lid (see final pic).  While I did not include them in the photos, underneath the tray I found someone's hand-written score card for a family that played the game at some point, together with a pencil and a plastic bag (perhaps the one that the tiles came in?).  The Pressman item / part number on the box is 4420.  I could not find a copyright date but the top of the box does say "Patent Pending for U.S. and All Foreign Countries."  That, and our review of similar items here, led me to believe that this is indeed the 1968 version.
