This 10 carat diamond and rose gold ring is a gem, hard to come by, and very expensive when you do.  It is thin, kind of a cooper style look to it, and has several small diamonds set in the band.

The inner diameter measure is ~ 11/16" or 17.5 mm.  Size 7 - 7.5?
