The strap sample was made: Cartier Santos 100 Burgundy leather strap, 22.5x20 mm in width, 105x105 mm in length, thick 6.0 mm taper to 1.5 mm, red stitch, dyed and burnished edges, brown calf lining.   It fits the OEM deployant clasp.


The selling item is one hand-made Cartier Santos 100 deployant leather strap, no including the watch and the OEM deployant clasp buckle.  

The custom strap is a Santos 100 original insert style leather strap which contains the insert at lug end of the strap.     Please take a look at the 4th ~8th photos.

The Cartier Santos 100 original insert style leather strap is one of the most difficult hand made watch strap that I have ever made.  

The Cartier Santos 100 has the particular structure at watch lugs. There are a pair of particular inserts at the lug ends of the Santos 100 OEM strap. 

I need your help to send me the particular inserts of the Cartier Santos 100 old strap to produce the new custom strap.  Either a Santos 100 old original leather strap or an old original croco strap will be OK.

We have to pare the cow leather to be tiny thin, and package the inserts with the tiny thin leather to produce the middle insert layer of the new custom strap.   

After that, we glue together among the up side cow skin, the middle insert layer and the back side calf lining and sew these three pieces together. 

Therefore, our Cartier santos 100 leather strap will be more durable, clean and cheaper than the original OEM strap.


 

The middle layer of Cartier Santos 100 original OEM padded leather strap was made of paper board pad.   Please take a look at the 10th and 11th photos.

But the middle layer of my Cartier Santos 100 padded leather strap was made of genuine leather board pad.

The Cartier Santos 100 original insert style custom leather strap is price at at $ 300 USD, now charges the promotional price at $220.00 USD.    No including the buckle/clasp. 

         It could be made to fit your Cartier deployant clasp and your wrist size.

               The price is due to the particularly difficult producing process.

All of my custom straps are completely made by hand, made of some pieces of genuine leather ( include the front side Italian Burgundy leather, the middle calf pad and the reverse side calf lining ), dyed & burnished edges  waxed natural linen thread. 

The natural linen thread has a little fiber. We do not use the the cheap nylon thread.  Please take a look at the last photo in which you can see our threads are the best.


    The Cartier santos 100 Burgundy leather strap has a soft and durable British calfskin lining.                   

    Therefore it will be perfectly soft and durable, and will hardly break from the strap holes. 



Due to the hand made producing process is hard and time-consuming, We digest the orders very slow. It'll take about 2~3 weeks to make the new custom strap.
