A. Yes. The domain name can be easily redirected to our servers at no extra cost.

Q. How long will the site be hosted for?

A. The site will be hosted indefinitely while it remains active. You also can choose to stop using it at any time.

Q. I already have a hosting account, can I use this site with it?

A. In theory it is possible. However, it's recommended that you contact us before purchasing to check compatibility.

Q. Do you receive a percentage of the stores' revenue?

A. No, all proceeds & profits generated by the site are paid to you via your chosen payment provider.

Q. How do I accept payments?

A. The site can accept payments via payment providers such as PayPal, Nochex, WorldPay, SagePay, BACS, plus cheques and postal orders. Even cash on delivery is an included option!

Q. Can I sell anything on this site?

A. You can use the site to sell any almost any product you wish. The only stipulation is that it cannot be used to sell illegal items, such as copied software/music etc or products that are otherwise illegal in any way.

Q. Do you supply the products for sale on the site?

A. Sorry, no. It will be your responsibility to stock all items. Items listed on our demo site are for illustration purposes only. You can even offer a dropshipping service which means you could start selling without having to buy anything first. When you sell something, you simply tell your chosen supplier where and what to deliver.

Q. Are my customer's payment details kept secure?

A. All payments on the website are handled by secure payment providers such as PayPal. No card details should ever be recorded on the site, so your customers can shop with peace of mind.

Q. Does the site come with a designed logo?

A. Any logos, banners or product images shown in our demonstration sites are not included, but you can easily upload your own logo , banners and images via the included admin panel.

Q. Can you make alterations to the site in the future, if needed?

A. Yes, we can provide quotations for modifications, designs and logos etc that are needed in future.

Q. Can I add my own advertising banners?

A. Yes, there is an easy to use admin panel, which allows you to add banners in various sections of the site.

Q. How long will it take for my site to be active?

A. As soon as we receive your order and payment, we will contact you to request details and your specific requirements. The site normally takes 24-48 hours before being fully accessible and functional.

*Domain Name Registration: One available .co.uk domain name will be registered for use with the site (other domain types available on request). If you already own a domain name, this can be used but an additional domain will not be included in the purchase unless agreed prior to purchasing.
*Free support: Support for using the website will be provided via email for two months after the purchase date (in our experience, this is more than sufficient for you to get to grips with the easy to use admin panel!). Support provided beyond the two month period may require upgrading to one of our alternative packages.
Returns & Refunds: The provision of our service is deemed to have commenced either when a site has been installed on our servers, when any bespoke design has been implemented or when a domain name has been registered on the customer's behalf (where applicable).
