this is probably the rarest object that I have listed on eBay so far !!!

This is a stunning and super rare France Preseren medal, made by sculptor Stane Kolman.

An internet search will show you have rare this item is. In reality, you cannot even find a photo of this beautiful medal.

France Preseren is considered the greatest Slovene poet. The poem that is celebrated here is "The Toast", the climax of Preseren's mature poetry. It fists appeared four years after being written, in the revolutionary year 1848. It is an appeal to a peaceful coexistence of all nations and a toast to all people of good thoughts and good will.

 

The medal comes in its original box, as well as the original piece of paper that provides some historical info about the poet and the poem (SEE PHOTOS)

I find the price fair enough based on its rarity, but I would happily hear an offer via a message from an interested party!!! 

The medal weights 298 gr. and its diameter is approximately 8,5 cm.
