Shipping: Unfortunately, due to the flammable nature of perfume, international shipping is not available for this item thanks to the USPS doing away with ground shipping. They now only offer airmail service and safety regulations prohibit flammable items on the aircraft. Buyer to pay actual shipping costs as determined by the shipping calculator, factored at a weight of 12 ounces (weight of item plus box and packing materials). Tracking will be included. I always use packing peanuts, bubble wrap, or a combination of the two to help ensure your item arrives to you safely. I usually ship within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. I will also gladly combine shipping on all auctions won by the same bidder and paid for in one payment.

Refund Policy: This item is being sold as-is, please read listing carefully and thoroughly as I have made every attempt to describe the item accurately. Buyer to pay return shipping unless the return is initiated due to an error on my part (such as my shipping the wrong item or the item is grossly misrepresented, errors of which I have only made once respectively in 13 years of being a seller).
