this sale is for a metal pail,,9 inches tall and 9-1/2 inches in diameter,,this looks like the outside bucket for a minnow pail,,someone painted it green,,that paint has some scuffs and scratches,,metal has a few small dents and dings,,,would make a nice piece of industrial or garden decor,,,no holes,,any questions just send me an email,,,,thank you
