Shipping: 
We offer a 2 to 3 day shipping service using either Parcelforce (UK) or An Post (Ireland) on all orders placed before 3pm.

We pay the courier to deliver on time but we cannot always guarantee that they will.

We add tracking numbers to all orders with 12 hours of dispatch, so you can track the progress of your order yourself.

Do not book your fitting appointment until you have received and checked your order.

Please inspect the item before you sign for it. We wrap all orders in heavy duty plastic and it should arrive with you as so. If the items shows any sign of being handled poorly, you must note it.

No query relating to damage will be entertained unless its noted with the carrier.

Returns:

We offer a full refund on returns if you suddenly do not require your order. Sometime a repacking charge of £15.00 may be applied if we deem required.

We have no issue in arrange a return for you if required but this will incur a charge. Return charge can be £25 to £45 depending on your location.

Please ensure you wrap the item properly as damage in transit may lead to no credit being received.

Please arrange the return through the eBay portal.
