This is an UNPAINTED N scale model for sale, with a minimal amount of simple assembly required.  The photos of the model that show it painted, detailed, and weathered are just for reference.

This very cool building features a retail shop on the first floor, which is brick, and 3 stories of condos above it.

This model stands about 3 1/2" tall and is 3/12" long.  Its width tapers from 3" at the back end down to 2" at the front.   There are 6 patios that extend out approximately 1/4".  There is an access door on the roof that stands about 5/8" tall.

This is a model to help set your layout apart from the rest.

I clean these up pretty well before shipping, but you may find some areas that could use some light sanding.  

I will include the clear plastic for windows that you can glue in after painting.  The 1st floor, condo floors, roof, window inserts, and patios are all separated.  This allows you to paint them individually before assembly and results in super clean paint lines.  Assembling the parts is ridiculously easy.
