Interface cable for connecting your PC to your car's ECU via your 16 pin socket - Where is the socket?
The 16 pin connector is normally in the drivers foot well - What does it do?

No, service lights are not faults and do not register as such in the ECU - What about ABS, air bags, injector lights etc?
