Beautiful and very elegant Maggie Sottero 'Nanette' dress, never worn, bought from a sample sale this spring. RRP £1350. It has a very flattering boat neckline and the neckline has Swarovski crystals and pearls. It has a beautiful plunging back, which also has crystals and pearls along the edge.
I am selling it as I bought it as soon as I got engaged but we are now having an informal reception, and this dress is absolutely beautiful but I would feel overdressed in it, so have opted for something less traditional. For anyone superstitious, don't worry, the wedding hasn't been cancelled-thought that was worth mentioning!
I am a UK size 8/10 and I think it would fit either, and can be taken in. The length is unaltered, I am 5 foot 7 and as you can see, it is long on me. I enquired about length alterations and these can be done easily without losing any of the pattern.
The dress is a beautiful mix of a warm champagne colour base layer with an ivory appliqué overlay layer. It's a very flattering colour and has a 'vintage' feel to it.
There is no damage as a result of it being a sample sale dress, I checked it thoroughly for any rips/holes before I bought it and couldn't find any at all.
It really is gorgeous and I feel fantastic in it, but it just won't fit with our wedding theme! I am based 20 mins south of Cambridge and you are welcome to come and try the dress if you would like to.
