1. all goods to be returned back to us in its original or as new condition

We will cover all shipping costs related to Faulty/Incorrect Items, as long as they are reported within 5 days after receiving the goods.

Returns relating to change of mind will require the customer to cover all shipping costs. Additionally, a 20% restocking fee may apply due to the nature of the goods - we are required by law to perform 2 full discharge cycles on the product before deeming it to be re-saleable. 

Goods that are not in its original packaging or goods that have been used or damaged will not be accepted.
