Wide bell bottom, with a 4" wide heat sequin fabric hem. 2 colors, and assorted sizes. *Note-The white pants have been reduced because of yellowing glue on the sequin bottom. Because the pant has a partial elastic waist, we've measured a minimum, (without stretching), and a maximum.
