We accept all payments through PayPal. This industry leading platform is the most trusted and secure way to make payments over the Internet. Making a payment through PayPal can be done using an existing PayPal account or pay by credit card, debit card, or bank account if you do not have a PayPal account.  

All major credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER), debit cards, and electronic checks are accepted on PayPal.

- Customers located in Texas are required to pay sales tax on purchases (8.25%).

- FREE Ground Shipping is offered to customers within the continental United States.​​​​​​​

- We do not ship to P.O. BOXES - A physical address must be provided for all orders.


LOCAL PICKUP - If you are located in the vicinity of one of our warehouses we will accept local pickup.

- All International orders are shipped using the eBay Global Shipping Program. (Expedited shipping is not available.)

- Please direct all International shipping questions to the eBay Global Shipping Program customer service department.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​- Network Republic is not responsible for any Duty, VAT (Value Added Tax) or additional taxes for any exported orders. It is the sole responsibility of the international buyer to check local regulations when buying exported goods. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Return / Exchange Policy on Eligible Equipment


- Before requesting a return or exchange, please provide us information regarding any issues as we can expedite the process and offer you the best solution possible. 


Eligible Refurbished and UNOPENED New in Box items may be returned within 30 days of delivery date, with all original accessories, packing slips, packing materials, and box. Buyer is responsible for any lost or missing accessories, test reports, or manuals, and will be charged a $15 fee for missing items.


- NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES for New In Box items that have been opened by buyer. Factory tape must be completely intact and uncut.


- NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES for various equipment as listed and items marked AS-IS. All sales final. 


- Returns requested due to configuration/compatibility issues, technical difficulties, manufacturer ending support, ordering error, or buyer remorse will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (calculated from purchase price) and buyer is responsible for all original and return shipping costs. 

(Return shipping costs paid by buyer. Restocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted from any refund amount.)


- Exchanges are offered if same or similar item is in stock and available. In case of price discrepancies between original purchased item and exchange item, the buyer will be charged or credited the price difference to original method of payment. 

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (inbound & outbound) associated with item exchange.


- Before refunds are initiated, all returned items will be technician inspected to determine returned condition is same as original and test for any software or operating system modifications. Items with any modifications made to the unit operating system or unit software are not eligible for return/refund. Items must be returned in the exact condition as they were received. 


- Refunds for returns will be processed within 2 business days of receiving all items and completing technician inspection/evaluation.

 *NOTE: Once processed on eBay, PayPal requires an additional 3 to 5 business days to process refunds to buyers methods of payment.*


Network Republic offers 30 day standard warranty on eligible equipment.


Warranty only covers defective or DOA equipment.

Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Misuse, improper handling, or not following the instructions
  • Environmental conditions (moisture, heat, over voltage, dust, etc.)
  • Non-compliance with the applicable safety precautions for the device
  • Any operating system or software modifications (upgrades, downgrades, etc)
  • Interventions that are not authorized by us and unauthorized attempts to repair
  • Manufacturer ending support (end-of-life, end-of-service-life, end-of-support, end-of-sale) 
  • Shipments in non-safety packaging
  • Warranty is void if warranty seal is removed or broken.


Warranty Exclusions:

Items listed "AS-IS" and particular refurbished items are excluded from our warranty policy and not eligible for warranty.

Software & Licenses are excluded from our warranty policy. ​​​​​​​


Manufacturer Service Contracts for All Equipment: (New, Used, or Refurbished)

Service contract eligibility is up to the sole discretion of the device manufacturer and may require the user to recertify the equipment.
Network Republic is not responsible for any ineligibility, associated costs, or procedures to obtain service contracts or recertifications of equipment. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any equipment that is determined ineligible by the device manufacturer for service contracts or recertification. 


Extended Warranty Information:

Some equipment may be eligible for extended warranty terms. Submit inquiry to Network Republic for more information. 

Warranty Return Merchandise Authorization Policy


All goods that are reported defective during the warranty period will be given an RMA number and must be returned to our returning/rma address. No goods may be returned without a valid RMA number displayed in the packaging or without corresponding product serial numbers on product and receipt of sale. 


Defective products

We are committed to providing you with quality products. Any of our products with a quality defect can be returned for refund or exchange.

Please ask us for the RMA form.


Network Republic reserves the right at its sole discretion to decide whether any goods are defective. Defective goods will either be replaced with a Good of the same or similar specification or will be repaired and returned within thirty (30) days. If replacement or repair is not practicable, the Seller will credit the value of the defective Good (as detailed on the invoice) to the Buyer’s account.

All defective Goods must be reported to the seller within seven (7) days of the delivery date.


The Buyer will pay for the Goods to be returned to the Seller. Only in special circumstances these costs will be reimbursed if the defect is reported to the Seller within the warranty period and returned to the Seller in adherence with the RMA procedure.
