This listing is for a brand new RIGHT HAND OFF SIDE modified motor to fit on a XJS HE regulator. The standard motors tend to become weak, slow and sometimes die all together. These are a more modern design and produce more power lifting and dropping the glass more effectively. They are a straight fit and do not need any modifying. We have sold many of these with great success.
