All items come with a 30(Unless otherwise stated above) day non-labor parts exchange warranty. Warranty for mechanical parts such as engines, transmissions, etc, are only valid if item is installed by a repair shop or facility.
-All returns for exchange must be made within 30 days of item being received by customer unless otherwise stated.
-We can not refund items being returned which are damaged or lost by carrier.
-Customers must contact seller before return in order to receive an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization).
-Prior to purchasing any items, customers must make sure they are ordering what they want/need. Returns for incorrectly ordered parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
-Shipping money cannot be refunded. Even in cases where shipping is listed as "Free", we will not refund what it cost us to ship any items.
-If a customer returns an electrical part he or she will only be granted store credit, and not a refund.
-We charge a %20 restocking fee on all returned parts.
