We can not be held responsible for delays in delivery and dispatch caused by but not exclusively: severe weather, floods, earthquakes, "acts of god", industrial action, legislation, war, police restrictions etc.
At times like Xmas - deliveries are slower than normal-please be aware of this. All Parcels are dispatched from MONDAY-FRIDAY.
Any returns must be made in 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns for faulty or damaged products in which case a replacement will be sent. Return postage costs we cannot be held responsible for.
