Mileage – 0 miles, 0 hours. Listing picture may not represent the actual item delivered since we have many in stock. Free programming service is offered and is highly suggested to ensure the proper operation. Without a programming you may get the error messages regarding braking system and steering wheel controls (if your vehicle is equipped with them) may not work.
VIN, Mileage, Hours programming.
We can program this cluster with your car VIN number, actual mileage and hours free of charge with the purchase of this instrument cluster. You will need to fill the Odometer Mileage Statement Affidavit (downloadable from -> bestpixelrepair.com/odometeraffidavit <-), sign and date it and then email it back to us RIGHT AFTER THE PURCHASE. If we receive the affidavit - we will program VIN, actual mileage and hours and you will be able to install the cluster without any other programming. It will be plug and play.
If no information is received within 12 hours after the payment is made we will ship your cluster with 0 mi and 0 hours. In that case your mechanic will need to program the mileage, hours and VIN to ensure the proper operation of the cluster. If the cluster is not properly programmed you may get error messages regarding the braking system. You or your technician will also be required by law to attach the odometer replacement notice sticker to the driver’s door frame specifying the mileage before the replacement and the date of the replacement.
Legal, law
The programming service is provided for legal use ONLY. It is unlawful to reset the odometer value to reflect less than true mileage of the vehicle. Please consult your lawyer if you are uncertain about your local and federal odometer laws. It is breaking a federal law to alter the odometer reading for a personal gain.

Warranty
The remanufactured cluster is coming with 12 months warranty. No refunds on any incurred installation charged under any circumstances. Customer is responsible for the shipping (from customer to us). We are responsible for the return shipping (from us back to the customer).
$50 Money back option
This cluster is being sold with the available $50 money back option. If you would like to qualify for that please return your original untampered cluster in the very good visual condition back to us. Customer is responsible for the core return shipping cost. You will need to use the same box that our cluster came in. Before you return your original cluster for $50 money back - please use the cluster that you did purchase from us for a few days to make sure it's operate as intended. To be eligible for the $50 money back besides the return of original cluster the original payment should be made either by Paypal or regular credit or debit card. Original payments made with eBay bucks, gift cards or similar are NOT a subject for the money back option. Money back option will be reflected as a refund for your original payment made by Paypal or regular credit or debit card. It is usually processed within 2-3 business days after your original cluster is delivered to us and accepted as valid return cluster. Core cluster should be delivered to us within 90 days time frame since the moment of original order placed on eBay. Original clusters, that are returned beyond this time frame - unfortunately cannot be a subject for the $50 money back.
Returns
Buyer has 30 days to return the item. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge. Shipping charge is NOT refundable. No returns for the damaged items during the installation, abused items accepted.
If you asked us to program your cluster and later you return it - restocking fees of 15% will apply to cover the programming cost.
