Postal charges are clearly shown within the listing. Shipping to overseas locations may be subject to import duties or other taxes, which have not been allowed for in our charges.
 
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days (Mon-Fri Only) unless stated otherwise in the listing. Please check the "Estimated Delivery" in the Postage & Payments tab in the listing and note that delivery to remote and regional areas may take a little longer.
 
Items sent from UK take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Items sent from USA take 2-5 weeks to arrive.
Items sent from Australia take 1-6 business days to arrive.

Returns Policy

If your item is faulty, not as described or damaged in any way, we will offer you either a replacement or a refund if you can return the item to us here in Australia.

If there is any problem, please contact us. We guarantee all items are genuine studio release products - no copies, counterfeit or faulty versions.

If there is an issue with the playback of the item (the item is faulty), please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can resolve the issue for you. Please note, this does not include instances where you've purchased a dvd incompatible to your player. You must check first that your player can play the region of the disc you are about to purchase.
