This is a beautiful, Middle Eastern Indian Sari costume, made in India.

I don't think this would be considered actual street wear dress, but it's close.

I think that the top portion is normally made of cotton, or silk, and this costume version, is made of a polyester. 

The top is a solid fuchsia polyester, short sleeved crop style.

The top is plain in the front, and has zig zag lacing in back.

The sleeves are elasticized.

The Sari portion is a fuchsia chiffon, with a gold metallic & blue, screen print floral design.

The waist area is partially elasticized, and ties closed.

It has a pre-set pleated front. (Different from the photo)

The drape portion is attached. 

It's sized a standard.
