RETURNS

We are happy to Cover all Postage Cost For Faulty/Incorrect Items, as long as they are reported within 14 Days after the item has been signed for or recorded as delivered. We reserve the right to not accept a return if the item is returned damaged, used and/or not in the original packaging.


To return your item, please return it to us in the same condition as you received it, unopened and in the original packaging. We?ll ask you to pay the postage to send back any item that doesn?t 100% delight you and you have changed your mind.


Before returning an item(s), we would advise that you take some images of its condition before sending to us, just incase it arrives damaged.


DAMAGED RETURNS
We always take care with the packing of our products, we send them out with care. But there are occasions that while on route to our customers they receive damage for reasons that are not a fault of ours. If you have received an item that is damaged in any way, then please can you follow the following instructions so that we can process your order. We will arrange the pickup of the item.


*Contact us as soon as you can.
*Take photo of outside, inside and contents of the box.
*Take photo of the damaged item.
*Send the images to Gekostar via eBay


RETURNS BECAUSE OF NON COLLECTED

When orders are returned to us by our parcel services because of customer not collecting there will be a £2.99 "Return Fee".




We aim to get orders dispatched within 24 hours Monday - Friday after we have confirmed payment. Orders received before 2pm Monday - Friday will be shipped on that day.


We use Royal Mail, Collect+, DHL & UK Mail. Delivery times and cost can vary, depending on what carrier you have selected.



As a seller Positive Feedback is very important to us, as well as our customers. We want all our customers to be happy with there orders, If we have made an error we do apologise, let us know so we can rectify it for you, please do speak with us before you Leave us Negative feedback we will do everything we can to put it right.


You may cancel the contract within 14 days of obtaining the goods under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once goods have been returned we will issue you with a full refund.


Items sold by Gekostar are of high quality, officially licensed and from reputable suppliers. There are occasions when items can be subject to slight imperfections. These are industry accepted discrepancies. Our Suppliers, and ourselves, do not accept returns or offer discount for these.


Please Note: If you are an "In Box" collector and are very particular about your collectables then please let us know and we can send you some images of the product as soon as we can before you make a purchase.


We request images of the outer packaging and item clearly showing any damages that are being reported. This is required for our Delivery/Postal Companies in the claim process. Gekostar will then give options of a refund or replacement offer to the Buyer. Replacements are dependent upon stock availability.


Gekostar operates between the hours of 10:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Saturday. All enquiries will be dealt with in within these times. Please be patient in the time for a message reply as there are times where it not possible to get back to you immediately.
