Returns & Refunds

You may return an item within 30 days from the date of delivery, excluding any delivery charges. Any returned item must be in exactly the same condition as it was originally received, this includes internal and external packaging and all fixings, goods must be new and have no signs of use. Return postage cost to PHG Direct Ltd will be at the buyers expense.

We will check any product returned prior to a refund.

Made-to-measure items / bespoke items can not be returned for refund. This includes curtain poles, hinges and forge work.

All refunds once checked will be made within 1 week of receipt of goods.
