Programming instructions - Do it yourself listed here and wont be sent with item

Programming Mode

1-Unlock vehicle using key unlock button (2)

2- Enter vehicle  - Close drivers door

3- Switch ignition on and off with key

4- Programming mode will now be activated

Programming the remote

1 - Press and Hold key unlock button (2)

2 Press key lock button(1) 3 times within 10 seconds keying key unlock button (2) depressed

3 - Release key unlock button

4 - System should lock and unlock vehicle to indicate programming has been successful

5 - Repeat above procedure to program remaining remote keys

6 - Note a maximum of 4 remotes can be programmed

7 - Carry out programming procedure for each key within 30 seconds

Tips/Hints

E46/Z3 convertible  point remote at rear view mirror

all other models point remote at radio aerial (located in rear window)

important - old remotes are removed from system memory during programming insure any remotes that you want programming back in must be present
