The GSM 4G Gate Intercom incorporates a professional industrial grade GSM engine that receives calls at its SIM number, as any ordinary GSM phone. The system operate in the quadband frequency (see specification below) and incorporates 4G capabilities. This intercom works with both 2G and 4G simcards. 

When a visitor arrives at your property they will press the call button on the intercom which will then connect to a phone number (up to 2 numbers can be added per button) which will be rung in a sequence of your choosing. Once you answer the phone and speak to them, you can then operate the gate/door using your phones keypad remotely from wherever you are in the world! You can also open the gate/door by dialing the simcard in the unit and also by pressing a combination of your choice into the keypad. 

The advantages of this over other models on the market are that you don not need to leave the car to open the gate, avoiding weather and safety issues. Furthermore, you do not need to carry around a separate remote device or indeed replace it when it is lost! No phone line is required as the unit will use the mobile network to place the calls.

We mainly use royal mail services which will be 1st Class signed for or for international customers Air Sure or Royal Mail International Signed for orders over £50 and royal mail standard 2nd clas for orders under £50.

We ship on a daily basis Monday to Friday and will send you a tracking number for each purchase.

For Urgent deliveries we can post next day delivery in the UK on orders received upto 4:15pm.

For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories, the GSM products comes with a 2 year warranty so you can get a replacement or refund in this period with no questions asked.

To Cancel an order please contact us, this will ensure we do not ship the unit out which would incur costs for both parties, once we have spoken to you we will refund via the payment method you used and remove the order from the system.

Q: Does this unit work in my country?
A: yes these unit’s are quad-band meaning they work worldwide

Q: How much will this cost me for operating the Simcard?
A: The gate opener will cost nothing as it hangs up when it receives the call, the auto-dialler will charge roughly 10p a text for alarm text alerts and the Timer/Switch and auto-dialler will also charge roughly 10p every time you activate the relay as it sends you a text acknowledgement.

Q: Will any simcard work?
A: You will need to use a 2G Simcard, for UK orders we will supply one but for customers abroad please bear the need for 2G when you order a simcard from you telephone operators.

Q: will the unit still operate in the rain? I plan to install outside to a pump system?
A: Yes the box is IP65 rated, rain will be unable to get inside the unit and affect the circuit.

Q: Does the gate opener open gates on its own?
A: No this is not a stand-alone unit, it needs to be wired into an existing electric gate system.

Q:Can I still use my key fobs / passes for the gate opener?
A: Yes the unit adds additional functionality so you can still your gates with your old system.

Q:Does the unit work my gate product?
A: Yes the unit works with all gate control boxes.

Q: Can the GSM Switch be used for my heater, I would like to be able to activate it remotely?
A: Yes the switch can be used for nearly every electric device.
