When will my order be dispatched?
We always try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment has been cleared, either the same day or the following day after an order has been placed. Where the required personalisation information isn't provided by a customer, this will impact on our ability to dispatch an item promptly.
What delivery method do you use?
All items are shipped via Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class Delivery. There are upgrades available at checkout if faster delivery is required.
What if my item doesn't arrive when expected?
It is likely that your postman has attempted to deliver whilst no one was in and didn't leave a card advising that the delivery had been attempted. Please always go to your Local Royal Mail Sorting Office and advise them of your name and address and they will check if your parcel is awaiting collection - take a form of Identification with you. We find that in almost every instance this will be the case. If your item is not there, please contact us and we will look into it further.
What happens if my goods arrive damaged?
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us through your eBay account and if possible provide a photograph and we will ensure that the issue is resolved.
What if I want to return my item?
Where you have purchased a personalised item, we are unable to use it for any other customer and unless there is a reasonable query in relation to it, we are not able to accept a return.

Please try to follow the requirements closely as if you do not provide this or if your personalisation information is not in the right format or is too long for example, your order will not be processed promptly.
