Refectocil Oxidant Cream 3% (10 vol) 100ml
Refectocil Oxidant Cream is alternative to the liquid oxidant. A stabilised, creme based and subtly fragranced developed for the Refectocil eyelash & eyebrow tints.
Only the use of Refectocil Oxidant guarantees the tinting results of Refectocil tints.
Mix 15-20 drops of creme oxidant with 2cm of tint.
100ml - Sufficient for approximately 200 applications.

Aqua, Hydrogen Peroxide, Cetearyl Alcohol, Triethanolamine, Ceteareth-20, Phosphoric Acid, Sodium Cetearyl Sulfate.
