HUBENS

A beautiful and rare 1928 - 1932 French art deco pendant chandelier. A nickel-plated fixture holds a deep special shaped bowl in thick molded-pressed glass. The shade was produced for la maison Francis Hubens by Degué. It has a Degue signature to the rim and it is signed Hubens on the outside of the shade. The diameter of the bowl is 24,9 cm (9-51/64") and the total height of the lamp is 54 cm (21-1/4"). The chandelier is in very good condition. I have re-nickeled and patinated the fixture. It is rewired with a standard US socket. For European countries I will place a E27 one.
