Issue 78 of the comic Patsy & Hedy by Stan Lee, published by Marvel Comics in 1961.
Includes 4 pages of paper dolls, each with its own doll and several outfits that are accompanied by the name of the fan who submitted that outfit's design to be used in the comic. Patsy Walker, one of the titled characters, may have gotten her start in romantic stories by Timely Comics (the early iteration of Marvel) in 1942, but when Atlas comics (Marvel's short-lived re-branding) struggled through the 1950s, Patsy Walker was one of three titles that was still being published. Just as she was about to fade into obscurity, in 1972, Patsy Walker was re-introduced as one of Marvel's superheroes. She has continued to appear in various Marvel titles ever since, most recently appearing on the Netflix series 'Jessica Jones'.
