Deliveries
are made Monday to Saturday.
Valid delivery address, postcode and contact number
must be provided with all orders.
It
is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that someone will be at the
delivery address on the day of delivery to receive and sign for the goods.
Returns
We
only accept returns for goods that are found to be damaged or faulty upon
delivery.
Any
damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery along with photographic
evidence. Failure to do so will void any claims against us. You must
check the items before signing.
If you have changed your mind then please contact us to receive return authorisation. Customer will incur shipping charges in case of returns.
Only
if the goods are not as described or damaged, will we refund you (within 7
working days of our receipt of the returned goods) in full less postage costs
incurred, as stated above.
Please note that our decision on the condition of the returned goods and
the refund to the customer is final & no exceptions will be made
whatsoever.
