PAYMENT :
I accept wire transfer, money orders, personal or bank cheques. No payment on delivery. If you prefer any other kind of payment , please ask me before buying the item. All bank transfer fees must be paid by customer. Personal cheques must clear before shipping. Payment must be received within 10 days of end of auction otherwise the item will be re-listed and appropriate feedback left. Items paid by cheques will be held until the check clears (usually 7-10 business days). Please put the ITEM # on the cheque / money order and provide a shipping address.
SHIPPING :
My reputation is as fast shipper !
For shipments outside Italy, buyer is responsible for the shipping arrangements and handling chargers. Call for quote. For Russia, Greece, EST EUROPE countries shipping cost are about 70 EURO, Call for quotation.
I will send the parcel by courier worldwide. Optional parcel insurance is possible. I'm not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit if you don't purchase shipping insurance. In case of shipping damage , it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipper. I will help you if possible. The customer should inspect the shipping container upon arrival and note any evidence of damage on the freight receipt. If concealed damage is found after opening, the customer should file a claim with the carrier at once. You must retain the shipping container and packaging materials.
For more items I will combine them to reduce shipping charges.
I cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
WARRANTY :
The item is sold with 10 days ROR warranty policy if item under question is sold "as tested and in working order". Buyer pays return shipping and I must receive the item back undamaged. The ebay transaction must be close in accordance. I can however guarantee that the item is in perfect working condition at the time of shipping. In all other cases no warranty is granted. Items description are as accurate as possible , but some mistakes are tollerable. Handling fees are not refundable. Items damaged in shipping or through custom abuse are not covered by this warranty policy. Don't hesitate to ask me if these terms and conditions are not clear.
