Matching single silk ivory rose and gypsophila buttonhole.

Our dispatch lead time ranges between 5 - 20 days depending on order size, this ensures the best possible attention is given to every order.

To help you save on postage costs we offer a maximum postage rate of £6.99 per order.

We offer a maximum postage charge of £6.99 per order. Please add any items to your basket first, then proceed to the checkout where postage will automatically combine.

Sorry, due to postage and packaging costs especially for larger orders we are unable to offer free delivery.

Please check each item's lead time for an estimated delivery date. For smaller items such as buttonholes, corsages and accessories our lead time is up to 5 working days, for larger orders such as wedding packages our lead time is up to 20 working days. We will ensure your order is sent out before either the 5 or 20 day lead time has expired, once dispatched your order will take 3 - 5 days to arrive.

You will be notified your order has been dispatched and provided with a tracking number where necessary. Most orders will require a signature so please ensure they are sent to an address where one can be obtained. If your order is sent via Royal Mail they will leave a message card if unable to deliver, you can then either call to arrange a re-delivery or collect then from your local depot. If sent via courier your local courier will make 3 attempts to obtain a signature, after that your order may be returned to us. If this happens you will be responsible for the cost of re-sending the order.

We hope that you are 100% happy with your order. If you are not or have changed your mind, we offer a 30 day returns policy. If you wish to return your order please notify us and we will provide return details.

The original postage and order value will be refunded upon receipt. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, we therefore recommend returning via a tracked service as until the goods reach us we will be unable to process and refund your return. In the case of a dispute you will be asked to provide proof of postage, without this no refund can be given.

All items must be returned in a new, unused and re-saleable condition and in the original packaging.

For larger orders we can send a returns label to you, you will then be able to take the parcel to a local drop off point. The cost of the returns label will be agreed in advance and deducted from your total refund.


We accept payments via credit and debit cards through Paypal.

Payment via cheque or postal order can also be arranged. Please contact us if you wish to use either of these methods.

Yes, we have over 25 years experience in both fresh and artificial flowers, for the past 6 years specialising solely in artificial flowers. All our wedding and event flowers are arranged by fully qualified florists so you can be assured of a professional service.

Do you make bespoke wedding flowers?
Sorry, we currently only offer the ranges available as seen on our Ebay site.

Do you make alternations to the items listed?
We can make slight alternations to the designs listed, such as changes in ribbon colour. If you require any amendments please email us to see if they are possible.

Can you get any other colours?
We can in some circumstances change the colour combinations but they are limited to the colours advertised. Unfortunately we cannot source any other colours to the ones listed.

Can I check the colours before ordering?
Our flowers are all arranged with either an ivory or white main flower, for the matching colours you can order a sample single rose.

Am I able to come and view your flowers or collect my order?
We are solely online so are unable to offer this service. Sample roses can be ordered to check the colours and we would recommend ordering a small item first before placing a larger order.

I need my items faster than the estimated dispatch date, is this possible?
This depends on the size of your order and the time of year, smaller orders for buttonholes and corsages can usually be sent out faster. For larger orders this may not be possible but we will do our best to help.

I'm ordering flowers in advance, do they store well?
Artificial flowers can be ordered well in advance. They will not fade unless kept in direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time. Make sure they are covered with a lightweight material to prevent dust gathering. For posies and wedding showers ensure these are stored upright, use the packaging they arrive in to pack around the handle and rest the flowers on top. Do not leave posies and showers packed on their side for any length of time as this can affect their shape.

Dispatch and Postage

I wish to order several items, do I have to pay postage for each?
We offer a maximum postage rate of £6.99 per order. Please add any items to your basket first, then proceed to the checkout. Postage should automatically combine at the checkout. Any over payments are always adjusted for you.

Do you offer free delivery?
Sorry, due to the increasing costs of postage particularly for larger orders we are unable to offer a free postage option.

How will my order be dispatched and how will I know it's been sent?
Your order will be dispatched within the estimated time frame unless otherwise agreed. For smaller orders this is usually within 5 days, for larger 20 days. Please check the listings for dispatch times. In the unlikely event that we are unable to dispatch within the estimated time frame we will notify you in advance and give you the option to cancel. When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details if applicable. Your order should be with you within 2 - 5 days of dispatch.

Do you offer named day delivery?
The courier service we use do not offer this service. We can send next day Royal Mail at an additional cost but this is limited to smaller orders due to parcel size.

Will I need to sign for my order?
Most orders will be sent signed for to ensure safe delivery. If sent via courier they will make 3 attempts to obtain a signature, we will provide them with your contact phone number to help with this and an attempted delivery card will be left. For orders sent via Royal Mail a message card will be left if delivery was not possible, you can either call them to arrange re-delivery or collect from your local depot.

I need a delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Scilly Isles but these areas are excluded, why?
Larger parcels need to be sent via courier and our couriers offer a limited service to more remote parts of the UK. Please email is with your address details and order requirements and we can check if your area is covered. Small orders can always be sent via Royal Mail at the standard postage costs, larger orders may require additional postage to be paid. We will always do our best to get the items to you as economically as possible.

Cancellation and Returns

What happens if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched just email us and we will refund your order. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to go through our returns process.

Can I return my items if I am not happy with them?
No problem at all. We hope you will be happy with your flowers but if not you can return them within 30 days. Just let us know you wish to return and we will provide you with details. Please ensure they are returned in a new, unused and re-saleable condition in the original packaging. We recommend sending them back via a tracked service as until they reach us we are unable to refund the order. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer, for small items it is most convenient to use Royal Mail. For larger parcels we can arrange a returns label to be sent to you which will enable you to take your parcel to a local drop off point.
