30 day returns, if you encounter any issue with your purchase or you change your mind etc..... please contact me and I will do my best to work with you.

If in the unlikely event there is a damaged item received please retain the packaging and could you send me both photos highlighting damage and the packaging.

All items are security marked and any tampering with security markings will render return void.

Postage is quoted to mainland UK ONLY (excluding IOM, IOW, Northern Ireland, highlands of Scotland and some parts of Cornwall) if in any doubt please ask prior to purchase.

Orders paid for by 8am will usually be shipped the same day, I will endeavour to ship everything the same day but sometimes this is not possible, if it's not shipped the same day it will definitely be shipped next working day (Monday to Friday)

For pallet deliveries please ask prior to purchase as price varies wildly based on postcodes.

There are 2 x levels of shipping offered if you are in need of product quickly please use express option, feel free to contact me if your order is urgent.

PayPal is my preferred method of payment, I do also accept cash and bank transfer.
For items where you are collecting or having your own courier collect etc I'm afraid I can't accept PayPal.

If you do opt to collect or have the item collected by your own courier then I'm afraid the only option is cash on collection or bank transfer.
If you do pay with paypal for any collection or your own courier collection then I'm afraid the payment will simply be returned.

I'm sorry to sound rude with this, however there is a very small minority of people who ruin it for the majority.
