• Student stands on the end of the mat with a spotter on each side.If the student starts the round-off with the left hand take the guide line that is hooked on the belt on the right side and take it across the students waist in front to the spotter on the left side.
• Take the guide line that is hooked on the belt on the left side and take it across students back to the spotter on the right side.
• As you run down the mat and the student does the round-off the guide lines will unwind.
  
• When the student lands on both feet from the round-off facing the opposite direction they will be and in position to be spotted for the back handspring . If student starts the round-off with the right hand reverse it.
