WE SPECIALIZE IN OLDER VINTAGE MOVIE WARDROBE AND HAVE THOUSANDS OF REAL MOVIE WORN ITEMS IN CURRENT INVENTORY!This is a MAGNIFICENT Vintage MILITARY BAND UNIFORM we are offering. The Uniform is done in a beautiful dark burgundy wool with gold and black piping. The coat fastens in the front with hooks and eyes and large snaps. It originally had buttons, however they blocked the buttonholes and used the hooks. There is a row of black piping around the center front edge on both sides and around the collar, with a thinner row of gold bullion trim edging the black piping. There are 3 horizontal looped rows of gold braided bullion on the front with a gold button in each outer loop. The collar is a small standup and the cuffs have a row of wide black piping and thinner gold bullion about 4" from cuff edge. The coat is lined in a black soft brushed cotton. The pants are matching burgundy wool with black stripes down each pant leg. The coat is a size 40. The pants are a size 42 x X 31 and the waist can be let out another 3". There is light fraying on the top edge of the collar. Please keep in mind the age of this coat as it should be professionally cleaned. This is a beautiful collectable and needs to be seen to be appreciated.
