This is a key to unlock the game on the Steam platform. Once you activate the key, it will be bound to your steam account.
To activate key:
1. Launch the Steam client software and log into your Steam account.
2. Click the Games Menu in the top left.
3. Choose Activate a Product on Steam...
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
