This is a Modern Lionel Part #2309-15 & -25 Screws #2-56 x 5/16" Pan Head Slotted Drive in Black Oxide and a Hex Nut #2-56 in Silver ONLY, No Motor.  Although this was an O gauge part, it is a Very Useful Screw with Nut for both HO and O Gauge Trains. You get Eight Screws and Eight Hex Nuts in this purchase, as shown in photos. Part is Original Lionel.
