Simply put, our repair service is superior to any other offered for the Dexter and Continental Girbau Stack Computer / Controller. We understand the intricacies of the circuits better than anyone else claiming to be experts on the repair of these boards, but you do not have to take our word for it. If you have any controllers that have been deemed not repairable by other repair houses, feel free to send them to us. We find that over fifty per cent of the time, we can get these so-called “scrapped” controllers working. The only exceptions or limitations on repair would be bad microcontroller chips which are proprietary and burned out displays. If we can not repair your boards, you will be given the option of having your old boards replaced with brand new NexDex boards at a reduced price.

The connector that holds the membrane switch ribbon in place is obsolete and there is no replacement part on the market, but if you have one that is broken, we have a solution. After repair, computers will undergo our special stress testing to insure long and trouble free operation. A special serial number will be assigned to your computer. This is used to reference the history of your computer, similar to the health record your doctor maintains. A quality refurbishment yields quality results that will pay off over time. You will come back to us time and again, because as they say, the proof is in the pudding.

Repair includes a one year conditional warranty. Warranty covers specific problem for which repair was made. New problems will be considered a new repair. Warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, vandalism, fire, water, external power surges, natural disasters. Under such circumstances we will make every effort to resolve your problems on an at-cost basis. Membrane switches (touchpads) are not covered, but can easily be replaced.
