RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & exchanges accepted from EU countries and on 'Buy It Now' items only, not auction listings. We accept returns or exchanges from EU countries providing the following conditions are met:
• We must receive the item within 14 days of the date of sale
• Items must be returned in their original, unused and unworn condition, with all the original labels and packaging intact
• Only the cost of the item will be refunded and buyers will need to pay any additional postage costs incurred
• Buyers must ensure they fully insure items being returned and use a suitable tracked service in case of loss or damage in the post
• Return requests must be made using Ebay’s returns procedure in the Resolution Centre.
