This is not a $1,000.00 dollar camera with all the bells and whistles like remote plz control, etc; but a nice outdoor camera for the price (especially since conduit base box attached), with versatile power input and an easy BNC connection; so with the proper adapters you can run cat5 or RCA cables instead of buying more expensive, long BNC cables.

UPON BUYERS REQUEST AFTER PAYMENT MADE, We will include a simple 12VDC adapter that will power this camera, and which has a plug to fit this cameras input tip.

ADVICE FOR THOSE UNFAMILIAR WITH CAMERA INSTALLATION USING DC POWER: If you want to power the camera at a remote location, you would need to do some safe splicing or use a contact block (a small block with contacts wired in parallel) mounted in a waterproof junction box to be able to plug in your power at a reasonable distance from your camera. Running cables in conduit that is properly grounded is advisable. With a separate part called an 'encoder' one could view the camera output on a computer LCD or similar device with an LCD, but that process is beyond seller's expertise. Otherwise buyer will need a video switcher (with a video recorder or without). There are some low price simple DVR's on the market these days that would have BNC inputs. This is all the support the non-expert, surplus seller can provide for this item.
