Shipping

We will send the product purchased same or next day after the payment is confirmed, we do not send on Saturdays unless volumes are high. This item will be sent with trackable 24hrs courier service. Please see picture below - we only deliver to zones A and B, there is a £12 charge for zones C and D:
International postage - we can only send to zones 1 and 2, if you require delivery to zone 3 please contact us with your post code for a postage price:
Buyer can arrange his own courier or pick it up (but has to contact us first). |

Returns
The Distance Selling Regulations apply to items purchased via Buy It Now listings and Second Chance Offers on eBay.co.uk. However, they don't apply to auction format listings on eBay.co.uk.
These regulations provide a period of 14 working days after the date of receipt within which the consumer can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. The consumer has to return the goods at their own expense.
Returns of incorrectly ordered products are subject to a fee. If you have ordered wrong part without making sure that it will be compatible with your car or changed your mind, we may charge up to 15%. Whenever possible, we provide the part number. Please only use eBay compatibility lists as a guidance and note that they are not accurate. If in doubt, ask. Free postage does not mean that we don't have to pay for it.
