Hubens

A beautiful and rare 1928 - 1932 French art deco pendant chandelier. A nickel-plated fixture holds a deep bowl in thick molded-pressed glass. The shade was produced for la maison Francis Hubens by Degué. It has a Degue model number to the rim and it is signed Hubens on the outside of the shade.

The diameter of the bowl is 24.9cm (9-51/64") and the total height of the lamp is 49 cm (19-5/16"). The chandelier is in very good condition. I have re-nickeled and patinated the fixture. It is rewired with a standard US socket. For Europe I will place a E27 one.
