Thanks for checking out our listing.These dioramas/building are all handmade by De-sales in New Mexico USA.There are many different quality levels with models like this this some builders use the cheapest materials they can get and slap together a model and then there are those who put endless hours into building a diorama we try to be somewhere in the middle somewhere we use higher end foam board and a variety of wood and plastic products so we can give you good quality but still offer a reasonable price.Keep that in mind when buying a diorama it's true that "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR".My items are made in a fully functioning woodworking shop along with cabinets and furniture and I have been doing this for many years.Some parts are cut with accurate machines and some are done by hand along with the painting if you buy a finished diorama as most of mine are also available unfinished as well.
New Model 1/24 scale Garage/Gas Station/Store/Office with accessories including an operating lift, Phoenix Mechanics tool set and a tire changer or some figures depending on what I have at the time.. This is a Shell station but can be done in other gas brands like Texaco email me for more info. All other components are high end 3/16 foam board like our standard models-Available here finished(the walls, floor, roof and molding around the doors and windows are made with finished material but no painting) Comes with a Gas Station extended roof. Custom Made Model Garage/Gas Station/Store/Office 1/24-25 model-All parts are manufactured no need to cut anything just 15 minute assembly. These are a special edition offered in limited quantities at any given time. They are made in New Mexico by De-Sales. There is a 15-20 business day lead time. The model is approximately 28" W X 15" D x 7.25" H. Many other standard and custom models are available email me if you need more info.

Most models like this require pins, or glue to hold them together and tend to be rather flimsy. This one once assembled will stay together without any glue or special pins the sturdy corners and molding will hold it together. You can glue it together if you wish but it is not required(see photo).The inside of the walls are plain white the outside has a light texture looks like rough plaster you see on some garages/buildings. The floor is gray foam board to look like concrete and removable. This one does come with a gray flat roof made like the floor and also removable.
