Thanks for checking out our listing. These dioramas/building are all handmade by De-sales in New Mexico USA. There are many different quality levels with models like this this some builders use the cheapest materials they can get and slap together a model and then there are those who put endless hours into building a diorama we try to be somewhere in the middle somewhere we use higher end foam board and a variety of wood and plastic products so we can give you good quality but still offer a reasonable price. Keep that in mind when buying a diorama it's true that "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR".My items are made in a fully functioning woodworking shop along with cabinets and furniture and I have been doing this for many years. Some parts are cut with accurate machines and some are done by hand along with the painting if you buy a finished diorama as most of mine are also available unfinished as well.

OVERSIZE-FINISHED-CUSTOM BUILT STURDY FOUR CAR GARAGE/STATION KIT 1:24 Scale Diorama!-This listing is actually for a custom made four car garage with small side door on the right side from facing front. This listing is for the finished version of my custom garage. You get the garage as seen in the first 3 photos with finished wood corners etc. Also available unfinished and save plus you can finish it anyway you want.

 NOTE: The front is made of wood products for strength, the rest  is made as one of my lightweight easy to assemble 3/16" foam board models with exception of it having a wood front because of the size of it the wood and amount of cutouts the wood front is much stronger. Because of the wood front it's also available with slide up wood doors email me for more info on that option.

The garage is made of high end 3/16" foam board walls with a textured finish looks like plaster on the garage. Also has special self supporting corners and door trim moldings. Most models like this require pins,or glue to hold them together and tend to be rather flimsy. This one once assembled will stay together without any glue or special pins the sturdy corners and molding will hold it together. You can glue it together if you wish but it is not required. The inside of the walls are plain white the outside has a light texture looks like rough plaster you see on some garages/buildings. The 3/16" floor and removable flat roof are both gray foam board on the floor  it looks like concrete and removable. This garage will measure approximately 6.5" H x 11.5" D x 28.5" W.

*This unit will  have signs, similar to the ones  shown, you can have a custom sign over the office just tell me the text you want on it. .Any accessories are just for demo not included.
