This high quality papiermache lacquer box was hand-made in the famous village Palekh. This box is painted and signed by a professional artist Borovkova E. in 1996. Egg Tempera, golden paint. Exclusive quality lacquer finish and polish. The outside of the box is painted ivory with a golden pattern around, and the inside is red. On the sides of the box you can see episodes from the tale "Tsar Oleg". The size of the box is  4 1/4  x 3  inches.
